Futures in Energy is a unique oil and gas industry outreach program that offers training in petroleum technology for talented high school juniors and seniors from the Rocky Mountain region. Our goal is to generate interest among students in the career opportunities in our industry as well as a better informed public.

Futures in Energy 2014 training will take place June 23-27, and will include 20 students for a hands-on introduction to oil and gas exploration and production technology. The five-day interactive training on-campus at the Colorado School of Mines will utilize the excellent curriculum provided by the Denver Earth Science Project.
